Beautiful locations for photoshoots near Narberth

Narberth is itself a picturesque market town with photogenic locations but we can also advise on photoshoots further afield. In Pembrokeshire you are never far away from woodlands, stunning natural beauty, historic locations and epic coastal vistas. There are so many picturesque spots for your dream wedding or engagement photoshoots. Here’s just a small selection of our suggestions for photo spots nearby.

There are several castles within easy reach which can provide a classic backdrop to your images reflecting the heritafe of this region. Pembroke Castle with Mill Pond arching around it, Carew Castle and Manorbier Castle are perennial favourites. These are all wedding venues in their own right but can be photographed from afar and from within by prior arrangement.

The Stackpole Estate has several great locations for photography. The walled gardens are a charming woodland with winding paths, which look beautiful in the late afternoon and early morning. Stackpole Quay is a picturesque seafront location. Finally, the famous Bosherston Lily Ponds which are particularly photogenic, especially when the lilies are in bloom.

There are several world-class seascape photography locations along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path – you are spoiled for choice! The picture postcard seaside town of Tenby has some of the best panoramic shots in all of Wales, another fine choice for a photoshoot.

We started Browne & Dixon Photography as it was a perfect blend of our complementary skillsets. Our clients like having the option of a male or female photographer (or both!) and working in tandem allows us to deliver the edited images much quicker than working solo.

Mathew Browne is an award-winning photographer and image editor. He is also a photography educator, writer, workshop leader and brand ambassador for Skylum, the makers of the image editing software Luminar.
