You and your guests stand in front of our self-illuminating photo wall for a brilliant white, studio-quality backdrop.
You will be lit by soft, flattering, professional-grade lighting that shows every guest at their best.
This is not a “do-it-yourself” photo booth. This is a bespoke photography experience led by skilled professionals who know how to guide even the most camera-shy guests into fun, confident, striking poses and capture their wonderful personalities on camera.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different to a photo booth?
Photo booths are a largely DIY experience where guests pose themselves, perhaps with props, typically in front of a camera that will take automatic shots on a timer. These are often with an iPad or entry level camera. These are usually casual, disposable images that rarely make it beyond social media. Signature Moments is a personal photography experience with a real photographer, a studio-quality setup and professional-grade camera equipment. The resulting images are expertly captured and more of a high-end, bespoke experience for your guests. Our goal is to great classic images that stand the test of time.
How many images will you take?
Unlimited. Your booking is based on length of time, not quantity of images.
How do our guests see the images?
All guests having photos are asked to register for the photo gallery. Upon delivery, guests receive an email link to view the gallery. You may also share the link with your guests personally.
What do you need to set up?
Our self-illuminating photo wall is 2×2 metres in size, and we can work with as little as a 2×2 metre space. Access to a wall socket will be necessary and of course, this service can only operate indoors.
Can we download the images?
Yes! High quality digital downloads are included in the package price.
Can we have prints?
There is an option for guests to purchase prints and canvases directly from the gallery page.
How is this different to a studio photoshoot?
It isn’t! This is exactly the same setup we use in a studio environment, we just bring it to you.
How many people can fit in one shot? How about children? Are there any restrictions?
We advise that four adults can fit comfortably in one shot. Children are welcome, depending on their height we may adjust our shooting position or stand them on a chair. Babies will need to be held – we cannot operate safely at floor level. Please advise us if any of your guests have photosensitive epilepsy or sensory issues that would limit the use of flash lighting – with regret, for safety reasons we cannot accommodate such guests.
Is this only for weddings?
Absolutely not! This experience is suitable for any event – corporate evenings, galas, balls, proms, the list goes on. Signature Moments could also be used for corporate headshots, school photos, sports teams or anywhere that a high quality portrait is required.
We don’t like having our photos taken. How will you make us feel at ease?
Correction: you don’t like having your photo taken yet. We hear this all the time. You aren’t alone, in fact it’s pretty normal. Ask any of our past clients and they will tell you we will make you feel relaxed, your photos won’t feel like a chore, and you’re going to have fun with us.
I’m running a fundraising event. Can we raise money using your service?
Our prices usually include digital images for all guests at no extra cost. However, we will be pleased to discuss adding fixed fee for guests to download individual images, where all of that markup goes directly to your cause!

The following prices are for the Signature Moments mobile studio experience only.
Weekday pricing £495 for the first two hours. £100 per hour thereafter.
Weekend pricing £595 for the first two hours. £100 per hour thereafter.
If you book us for your wedding photography package, you will benefit from 50% off the listed prices.
Signature Moments is available throughout south Wales. All digital images will be provided to you and your guests after the event. A supplementary travel fee and a minimum coverage of 4 hours will apply for bookings outside of our coverage area. We regret that on-site printing is currently unavailable.
